Crockett Timber Frame Homes Feature:
- The standard wall panels are R-25 R-Control Structural Wall Panels with Laminated Gypsum and the Air-Flo Stress-Skin Roof Panels with Laminated Gypsum are R-38.
- EPS Insulation:
- contains no CFC's, no HCFC's, no HFC's
- contains no formaldehyde
- has no R-value drift
- is recyclable, inert and non-nutritive
- Lower energy and insulating costs.
- Our energy efficient panels are made by AFM and come with a manufacturer's Lifetime Delamination Warranty, a 20-year renewable R-Value Warranty and a 20-year renewable Insect Warranty. In addition, all panels come with the Underwriter's Laboratories Certificate of Inspection.
Our standard timber frame is made of eastern white pine. Red oak, Hemlock and other species are also available. In addition, we offer a broad range of partial timber frame and/or decorative timber frames to meet your budget needs.
