Your Independent Crockett Dealer
is familiar with Crockett Packages, building systems, and standard
design phases. They can work with you, the homeowner, on the many
facets of the building process and serves as a direct link to the
Crockett Regional Office to expedite the process. Your Dealer is at
all Crockett deliveries to check and count
material on your behalf.
Most Dealers offer local contracting
services. Many Dealers offer travel crew
installation services for partial or complete
Crockett Shell Material Packages.
In areas where there are no Crockett Dealers,
all services are
handled by our
Crockett Office
which can make arrangements for Crockett
Shell Material Packages to be delivered and
installed nationwide.
The Design Process goal is to help you,
the homeowner, get the home you want through a simple three step
process to allow you and your builder to keep the project within
budget. We like to think of the Design Team as consisting of the
Homeowner, the Builder, the Architectural Designer, and the
Structural Engineer. The Standard Design Phase includes:
Preliminary
Plans (elevations, floor plans, generic foundation, cross-sections);
Secondary Plans (marked up revisions, more details,
electrical layout etc); Final Plans (marked
up revisions, fully
detailed with framing plans and structural engineer’s stamp)
Crockett has presented
hundreds of free seminars over the past 30
years.
